South Bank Colleges students are invited to an exciting major event that Warner Music UK are hosting on the 28th of May 2022 alongside London South Bank University (LSBU), Kiss FM and the Rio Ferdinand Foundation.
The event is aimed at young people aged 16 + from across London and is an all-day event at London South Bank University (LSBU). The event will kick off with a series of morning workshops delivered by industry insiders from Warner Music and Kiss FM, followed by a lunch networking event and an afternoon seminar with artists, producers, directors, and broadcasters – with a focus on underrepresented groups in the industry. Initially we are restricting invites to groups that are known to either Rio Ferdinand Foundation and Warner Music to ensure we get maximum attendance (our experience is that open sign up can often result in major ‘drop out’ rates on the day).
It is an amazing opportunity for you to hear first-hand what a career in the industry is like, networking opportunities with some of the biggest names in the industry, together with exciting career pathways ‘Into the Music Industry’ through our partnerships with Warner Music and Kiss FM through their ‘exclusive’ academy with the Rio Ferdinand Foundation.
