Student Support | South Bank Colleges

Student Support

When you study at South Bank Colleges, you will be learning in an environment committed to providing students with the best experience possible with all-round support from experienced tutors and modern industry-standard facilities.

Our exceptional facilities include; a state-of-the-art building on the Nine Elms campus, modern Learning Resource facilities (including use of the award-winning SBU Hub), a Careers Advice service, a Matrix accredited advice and guidance service, supportive tutors and a range of additional enrichment activities.

The outstanding level of support we offer to our learners is second to none. Our recent Ofsted inspection states that 'Staff have created a college environment that is welcoming and inclusive and where diversity is valued and celebrated; students’ behaviour is good and they are respectful of their peers and teachers.'

16-19 Tuition Fund

We are providing additional support, in the form of small group tuition, for 16 to 19-year-old students in English, maths, and other courses where learning has been impacted.

This has been made possible through the  pdf 16-19 Tuition Fund (135 KB)  - which is being used to mitigate the disruption of learning arising from coronavirus (COVID-19). These  groups are of no more than 5 students.

Ever wondered what makes South Bank Colleges stand out? It's the people fuelling our students' success.
