Students across a range of Creative and Digital Industries courses at South Bank Colleges, including Graphic Design, Media, and Photography, recently had the opportunity to hear directly from industry professionals at the BBC. In an inspiring session, Will, an Operations Manager for Political Programmes, and Kimberley, an Assistant Post Production Editor, shared valuable insights into apprenticeships and career pathways in the media industry.

Will and Kimberley provided valuable insights into apprenticeships, sharing their own experiences and discussing how these opportunities can lead to successful careers. Students had the chance to ask a range of different questions about working in the industry, and they found the session extremely beneficial.

Did you know that Kimberley is one of our alumni? She studied Creative Media with us before securing a BBC apprenticeship, which led to her current role as an Assistant Post Production Editor. Her journey is a great example of how South Bank Colleges supports students in achieving their career goals.
