We are passionate about our work with young people, their families and our partners.
Our flexible 14-16 curriculum successfully prepares young people for college. The curriculum includes core subjects such as English and maths as well courses that develop both personal and employability skills. Our staff team works closely with schools, local authorities and partners to ensure that the needs of every individual are met. This personalised approach ensures that young people develop new skills, gain qualifications, and grow in confidence as they overcome the barriers and challenges that they face. Progress is reviewed regularly and every young person is encouraged to aim for higher level qualifications where they demonstrate the capacity to do so.
