Trevor has extensive experience working for local councils, working in education and has also established his own powerhouse consultancy firm that he has directed for nearly 20 years. He has provided consultancy and training courses in various countries including: America, South Africa, Germany, Saudi Arabia and more.

Trevor has strong ties to the LSBU Group; while studying for an MSc in Law and Social Policy at LSBU, he worked at Lewisham Council as Principal Equalities Officer before taking on a role at Lambeth College as the Head of Equal Opportunity Services for six years.

Trevor’s immediate priorities as our consultant is to get the programme up and running and ensure that Lambeth College has complete ownership of the programme.

Trevor is delighted to be developing this programme for the College and is committed to establishing a meaningful legacy that will continue to provide equal opportunities for Black staff.
