Pizza Making in the Naples
Hospitality and Catering students visisted Naples, Italy for a food festival. They visited a street food market in Naples Italy where they were able to look at fresh produce and sample street food. The students then toured across Naples to visit Pompei and widen the experience of Italy. The evening was spent dining in a good seafood restaurant, sampling fresh caught fish and shellfish. The next day. students visited a pizza school to learn how to make traditional Naples pizza, it was HOT! They then visited the Island of Capri, which was beautiful and surreal according to the students. In the evening was spent dining in the Spanish quarters. The area was from when Spain invaded Italy hundreds of years ago and the families were left behind. The time in Italy was spent sitting in busy lanes with scooters squeezing around and loud music, great food and a energtic atmosphere. was a wonderful trip.
