It covers everything from customer service, planning trips to visitor attractions and travel destinations, how to recommend holidays and destinations, and the differences between different types of airline, and the role of cabin crew and holiday reps, right through to managing your rights and responsibilities in the workplace, job opportunities, and how to build working relationships with customers and colleagues.

What do you need to apply?
Entry Level 3 English qualification
Additional information: This course does not have any specific entry qualifications, we are interested in learners with a passion for travel and tourism and a desire to work in the industry.
You will have an initial assessment in English and Maths.

How will you be assessed?
You will be assessed in a variety of innovative ways, including practical tasks, observations, presentations, assignments and coursework.
There are no exams or high-pressure situations, and you will even have the chance to use Instagram feeds and video presentations for your assessments.

After successfully passing the Level 1 Certificate in Travel and Tourism, you may wish to consider progressing on to one of the following Level 2 courses:
